Returns
At FUSIVE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it to us subject to the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must be repackaged in their original packaging or a suitable alternative to ensure safe return shipping.
2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at support@fusive.com to request a return authorization.
- Pack your items securely in their original packaging or a suitable alternative.
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip with your return package.
- Ship your return package to the address provided by our customer support team.
3. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where items were damaged due to manufacturing defects. If you believe that an item is defective, please contact us immediately to arrange for a return label. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria or to charge a restocking fee for items that are returned in unsatisfactory condition.
4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding any original shipping charges. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
5. Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
