ORDERS
How Do I Place An Order Online?
To place an order online, simply browse the FUSIVE range on our website, then select the items you wish to purchase, and add them to your cart. Once you're ready, go to your cart, click "Check Out," and follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information. After completing your purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once you've placed an order, you will first be sent a confirmation email with your order number. Later on you will receive a follow up email confirming your order has been shipped alongside its respective tracking number. This may then be followed by updates from our shipping partner as your package gets closer to you.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed and shipped. Please contact our customer support team at support@fusive.au as soon as possible to request a cancellation. What Shipping Carrier Do You Use?
FUSIVE proudly uses Australia Post to deliver our products. They are generally known for their reliability, timeliness and extensive postal coverage across Australia. We are constantly exploring carrier options to offer the best shipping experience for our customers.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Currently, FUSIVE is only available and shipping within Australia. However, we are working hard to make FUSIVE accessible to the world in the future. Stay tuned for updates!
What Happens If My Package Is Lost Or Damaged During Shipping?
As much as we would love to assist in resolving your issue, FUSIVE is not responsible for any loss or damage once the item is in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping carrier directly to address the issue. We're here to support you and provide any necessary information to help with your claim.
RETURNS
What Is Your Return Policy?
Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date you received your order. Items must be unworn, unused and in original condition with all tags attached. They must also be repackaged in original packaging or suitable alternative.

How Long Does It Take To Process A Return?
Once our team has received, inspected and validated your return, we aim to process your refund within 5-7 business days.

What Should I Do If I Received A Defective Or Incorrect Item?
If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please immediately get in contact with our customer support team at support@fusive.au to organise a replacement or refund. Please note, all claims will undergo assessment by our team.

Can I Use AfterPay?

Do Discount Codes Stack?
We wish they could, but to keep things fair and simple, only one discount code can be used per order. Your highest discount code will be applied to ensure you get the best deal available at the time of your purchase!
